Following an introductory training and coaching of a core number of staff at Conservation International (CI), the Policy Center asked CIT to develop an Environmental Consensus-building Training Manual for CI staff and their partners. The Manual introduced a broad range of faciliation skills for engaging stakeholders and resolving natural resource disputes.
