In November 2015, Mercy Corps began implementing the "Advancing Solutions for Peace through the Intercommunity Reconciliation and Engagement" (ASPIRE) program in the Central African Republic.

ASPIRE Staff are actively supporting youths and community leaders as they seek to manage inter-group tensions, rebuild community cohesion, and strengthen pluralism. Nathalie joined the MC Team to provide advanced conflict resolution skills training to the Inter-religious Platform and 10 Peace committees working to facilitate dialogues in and around the city of Bouar.
