Nathalie supported the Conflict Resolution Center of Baltimore County (CRCBC) as we trained 15 high school students from Sparrows Point High School who are setting up a peer mediation program. The new "Pointers4Peace" will provide an opportunity for students to hear, be heard and to learn new problem-solving skills.
