CIT-Bria (PMK) 6-month transition plan

The following are the steps outlined by CIT-Bria to become an autonomous conflict resolution center by June 2022, in preparation for CIT-HQ's closure.

  1. Register PMK with the Bangui authorities and open a bank account
    • Ali will use a contact person in Bangui to finalize the process of obtaining a collaboration agreement with the government of CAR and legalize PMK as a national CSO
    • Ali and Adele will use the remainder of the UNHAS funds to travel to Bangui, as needed
    • Once the paperwork is completed with the state, Ali will travel to Bangui and open a bank account
  2. Request for a motorcycle to reach communities outside of the city center of Bria
    • The Board will try to find one, however there is little capacity to do so
  3. Technical capacity building training once a month for 6 months
    • Nathalie will facilitate 2-hour training sessions with the Bria team on a monthly basis starting in January
  4. CIT-Bra will conduct 2 dialogues per month for 6 months
    • The Bria Team will self-finance 2 dialogues per month
    • Nathalie will archive dialogue reports and pictures, until June
