Transforming Conflict into Collaboration

About this Project

Whether providing a space for belligerents to reach a peace agreement, facilitating a public policy debate on the Hill, or helping departments work more effectively together, knowing how to transform conflict into collaboration is a critical skills. During this interactive skills-building seminar Executive Education mid-career graduate students learn strategies to help angry people feel heard, to identify the issues that need to be resolved and to gain a better understanding of the solutions that would work for everyone.
