Communities in Transition (CIT) designed and facilitated a highly interactive and participatory team-building retreat for George Washington University staff.

The objectives of the retreat were to build a cohesive team and equip staff with the problem-solving tools and skills needed to manage interpersonal and to resolve work-related issues collaboratively.
