Performance Based Evaluation

Dear Nathalie,

Thank you for participating in CMM’s Performance-Based Evaluation process! As you know, you received a score of 94, making you a Level 6 mediator in the Inclusive model. As a Level 6 mediator, you showed mastery of all of the mediation skills taught in the Inclusive model. Evaluators agree that you should consider becoming a mentor or evaluator. 

Enclosed you will find: 

  • Your CMM evaluation form containing your final score, including evaluators’ notes 
  • A certificate documenting your certification in the CMM model 

Links to video recordings of your co-mediation, solo mediation, the feedback you received, and evaluators’ notes will be emailed to you. 

We honor the courage it took for you to be observed and evaluated by your peers. We also appreciate your commitment to your growth as a mediator, exhibited by your willingness to participate in such an intense process. CMM encourages you to give us additional feedback about the PBE process, and to be involved in helping us as other mediators go through the process.
