Justin has worked for several years in the field of non-violent conflict resolution. He worked as a Field Coordinator in the Social Cohesion Department at the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) where he supervised about 30 staff members. During the crisis in the Central African Republic (CAR), he provided mediation training to partners and stakeholders in Bangui and in the provinces.

In 2015, Mr. Zaguika was recruited by Cordaid as a Senior Officer in their Security and Justice Department. A year later, he was promoted to the post of Lobbying and Advocacy Capacity Building Officer where he currently works. Justin meets regularly with his colleagues from Afghanistan, South Sudan, Burundi, the Congo and Nigeria during trainings and exchanges in Cordaid’ the Hague Headquarters, around Europe and Africa. Justin is also responsible for reporting back to the donor, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who funded this 5-year project (2016-2020).
