Younissa Bohari worked as a Sales Consultant and Portfolio Manager at the Paris Purchasing Center. He then created his own import-export company. He became the Central African point of sales for telephone operators and managed a team of 25 to 35 salespeople who managed customer portfolios. He instilled in his team a culture based on the value of achievement which made his company unbeatable.

During the 2013 crisis in CAR, he began working as a mediator as his contribution to the stabilization of his homeland. In 2015, Mr. Bohari initiated a Non-Aggression Pact between the Anti-Balaka from Boeing (Christian population) and the PK5 Seleka (Muslim population). The success of his efforts reestablished free movement and safe access between the two communities. This Pact continues to be respected by both parties to this day. Younissa continued to work on social cohesion activities in Boeing and PK5. In early 2017, as a Consultant for Conciliation Resources, he was given the opportunity to present in Brussels, Belgium, on: "The perspectives of non-state armed groups in CAR."

Younissa Bohari joined CIT' Mediation Surge Team in CAR in 2018.
