Keith Edwards has more than 30 years experience in organizational management, operations systems, compliance, risk management, and project assessments and evaluations. In his previous positions with international NGOs, he worked in a variety of positions including procurement, subaward management, program implementation and building and directing compliance programs.

Mr. Edwards’ specific expertise, currently as a consultant, is in risk management, developing training curricula, delivering trainings, interpretation and implementation of donor rules and regulations, and reviewing and creating standard operating procedures for all key areas of operations. He has assisted organizations to develop operations performance monitoring and reporting standards and assessed and prepared high capacity organizations to monitor and strengthen management and performance, and start-up capacity organizations to build operational systems to meet donor standards.

Mr. Edwards has provided consultancy services to US and non-US organizations. Keith is based in and works from Cape Town, South Africa.
